On Sunday 5th November, Amersham Meeting House will host a two-handed talk about offering help to refugees and asylum seekers in our communities.
Tim Gee of QPSW will talk about the Sanctuary Meetings initiative, while a representative of the Wycombe Refugee Partnership will talk about what they have been able to achieve in a relatively short time from small beginnings
A share lunch will be offered after Meeting for Worship, and the talks will begin at 2pm.

Amersham Meeting House:
We specially invite newcomers to join us at any of our Meetings during Quaker Week. We meet on Sunday (1st & 8th October) at 11am for an hour, followed by coffee and time for a friendly chat. And on Tuesday 3rd October, we have a half hour gathered silence in the small meeting room, followed by a simple soup lunch. ALL ARE WELCOME!
